for over 25 years in Cruz Bay and for over 15 years in Coral Bay.

Connections of St. John is located in the hearts of Cruz Bay and Coral Bay on St. John, the most pristine of the four US Virgin Islands. Connections has been connecting people from all over the world with vacation rentals, Caribbean sailing, diving and fishing trips, snorkeling and island tours, overnight and term charters, day trips to neighboring islands and weddings.
Cid Hamling
began Connections as an answering and mail service because there were
few working public phones and the St. John Post Office had a long waiting
list for mailboxes. One of their many services is to hold your mail for
you. They will send mail for you and forward your mail when needed. There
are also Notary Public services, money
orders , wire transfers, copying, laminating, typing and word processing
services. For you sailors who charter here in the Virgin Islands, live
here or are just passing through, it is nice to know that Connections
of St. John also monitors Channel 72 as "Seawatch"
on the VHF Radio. It makes it convenient to check on mail and messages.
For advertising, the bulletin boards in each location is the place to find a place to rent for long term and short term, sell your car, boat or just about everything. You can connect to all kind of different services like marine and automobile mechanics, massage therapists or hook up with a boat needing crew to the states or even down island. You don't have to worry about missing out on your e-mail's as there are CYBER-cafe services at both locations.

offers you the opportunity to experience arts and crafts made on St. John,
vacation rentals, chartering information, whatever you need to know. If
you're looking for music and art courses check out the St. John School
of the Arts. We also have our own Steel Band called the Love
City Pan Dragons. The Pan Dragons provides a drug, alcohol, and crime
free cultural activity for the young people of St. John. These 30+ dedicated
kids practice 3-4 times a week at the St. John Youth Center near the Cruz
Bay Fire Station. The KATS
(Kids And The Sea) can be seen Saturdays in Coral Bay Harbor, becoming
captains of the future!
